"My first order was lost in the mail. I ordered 2 weeks in advance of a birthday for which this was a gift. Homage was made aware that I had a deadline and suggested I continue waiting for the first package to arrive. After a week and a half, it had still not arrived, so they finally agreed to send another one. I requested that the shipment was expedited so that I could receive it by the deadline. They sent it regular mail once again and the product did not arrive until more than a week after the birthday. Terrible service. It shouldn't take so long to get product delivered to customers."
