Return and Exchange Policy

Checkout+ is a flat fee that will cover any returns for your order at no extra cost. This flat fee is optional, but if you opt-in for Checkout+ your order is guaranteed to receive unlimited returns and exchanges for all non-Final Sale items in that order. 

 

We provide full refunds up to 60 days after the original purchase date for orders within the United States, and up to 30 days for orders outside of the United States. Refunds are credited to the card used in the original transaction. Duties and fees paid on orders will not be refunded.

If you purchased Checkout+ on your order, all return fees are waived.  For orders without Checkout+, there will be a $5 return fee deducted from your refund. 
Return shipping costs for orders outside of the United States are the responsibility of the customer.

For orders lost or stolen in transit, please contact us to arrange redelivery.

We do not accept returns of washed or worn items.

We require proof of purchase for returns.

Please allow 5-­7 business days for processing on all returns and in­-stock exchanges. In the event a requested item is unavailable, we will notify you first thing.

Refunds typically appear on your statement 3-5 business days after the refund is initiated. Store credit is issued immediately after processing the return and will be emailed directly to you. The total price of your refund or store credit may vary from the listed price of each item based on any discounts or taxes applied to the original order. Please inform us if your credit card information has changed since your original order.

Retail store purchases can be exchanged through the mail. Please fill out the Return & Exchange form, and, in lieu of an online confirmation number, please include a copy of the receipt from the purchase. If you require a refund for an item purchased in a retail store or have any additional questions, please email .
