Tobin, who was not a fan of Kiper's commentary, was asked about Kiper's comments during a live ESPN interview. When Kiper's name was mentioned, Tobin famously responded, "Who in the hell is Mel Kiper? I mean, here's a guy who criticizes everybody, whoever they take."
