Ratified in January of 1919 but enacted a year later, the 18th Amendment to the U. S. Constitution made the manufacturing and retail of alcohol illegal for nearly 13 years—but not the consumption of alcohol, which was a bit of a loophole. With the 21st Amendment going into effect on December 5th, 1933, Prohibition was officially repealed, states were allowed to set their own alcohol-control laws, and the unofficial U.S.A. Drinking Team was founded. Wanna join? Already a member? Look the part in this super-soft tee. Cheers!
