Disappointed by the Drop in Quality
"I don’t normally write reviews, but I wanted to share my experience because I was honestly pretty disappointed with my most recent order. I’ve purchased several items from you guys in the past and have always been really impressed with the quality, especially for the price. Unfortunately, the T-shirts from this order feel noticeably thinner and lower quality than the ones I’ve purchased before. It seems like the material may have changed, which I can understand from a cost standpoint, but it’s disappointing when the price has remained the same. Based on my previous purchases, I had come to expect a certain level of quality, and this order just didn’t live up to that expectation. What makes it even more disappointing is that I genuinely love your designs. As an Ohioan living out of state, your products have always been a fun way for me to feel connected to home. Unfortunately, if the quality remains like this, I’ll probably have to look at other shops the next time I’m looking to buy something. I really hope this was just an exception, because I’d much rather continue supporting you guys."
