"I absolutely love this company's shirts and clothing I want something from All the different Houston teams gear. Recently ordered a few items and my Texans shirt had a issue. I reached out through chat as that's the only way I could find. I expressed my issue and was met with prompt very respectful service that reassured me I would receive a replacement. 2 weeks went by no email, no phone call,no replacement . I reached back out and was told they no nothing of my complaints and it would be escalated. I'm writing this because I'm very disappointed I want to purchase more clothing but now feeling this company might not be the new favorite I found. Poor Quality

"I used to love this brand, but the quality has completely fallen off a cliff. We still have some of the original t-shirts from 10–15 years ago, and they’re somehow in better shape than the ones we just bought. The new shirts feel cheap—way thinner material, almost flimsy—and the screen printing is terrible. The ink looks watered down, like they barely used any at all. You can literally see through what’s supposed to be a solid print. It’s honestly disappointing. This used to be a great local brand with high-quality products, and now it feels like they’ve cut every corner possible. Sad to see something that used to be so good turn into this."

SO COMFORTABLE!! FITS NICELY.

"I’ve been looking for a long time for a shirt that is comfortable, fits nicely around the arms and chest, loose on the stomach, and isn’t so long it looks like a dress.
