May is Mental Health Awareness Month and 1 in 5 children is living with a significant mental illness. Research shows that focusing on the good things in your life makes you healthier – and happier! You feel more energized, sleep better, have stronger social connections, and feel better about yourself.
As you continue to adjust to your new “normal” during the COVID-19 pandemic, you might find it difficult to focus on gratitude. That’s why we’ve partnered with On Our Sleeves, the movement to transform children’s mental health, and their “Growing our Gratitude” activity. This activity will give you the tools and education to learn and implement gratitude in your life and home! As a bonus, On Our Sleeves is also providing seeds with each Gratitude Guide to plant at your home or to give to a family or friend. To learn more about the activity, visit OnOurSleeves.org for the “Growing Our Gratitude” guide!
We're excited to announce we're releasing two tees to to benefit the On Our Sleeves to help raise awareness of children's mental health issues. A portion of net proceeds from the sales of our "Grow Our Gratitude" tees will benefit the Nationwide Children's Hospital's On Our Sleeves campaign.
