In 1991, Mr. Surf Ohio, Ron Kaplan, introduced the triangle to his iconic series of Surf Ohio T-shirts. The year was particularly festive, highlighted by a wild WNCI-sponsored beach party featuring Wilson Phillips that took place at the Ohio Convention Center. Just as Kaplan did back in the day, HOMAGE stays true to the original with the use of "hot blending", a special technique to fuse color together in the printing process.
