The Ohio State University Alumni Association

Established in 1879, The Ohio State University Alumni Association is a member-centered organization dedicated to connecting Ohio State alumni, students, and friends in lifelong support of the university and each other. One of the biggest dues-supported alumni associations in the world, the association has more than 126,000 members, 200 clubs, and 50 societies across the globe. Members are offered an array of services, events, communications, and ways to get involved.

A Kid Again

A Kid Again strives to enrich the lives of children with life threatening illnesses and their families by providing healing times of respite through fun-filled group activities and destination events. Their year round adventures foster laughter, joy, normalcy and supportive networking opportunities.

Pelotonia

Pelotonia is a grass-roots bike tour with one goal: to end cancer. 100% of every dollar raised goes directly to life-saving cancer research at The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center-James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute.

The Cleveland Foodbank

The Cleveland Foodbank is a non-profit organization whose mission is to alleviate hunger by providing food and support to community organizations that feed the hungry in Northeast Ohio.

Doctors Without Borders

Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international medical humanitarian organization created by doctors and journalists in France in 1971. MSF provides aid in nearly 60 countries to people whose survival is threatened by violence, neglect, or catastrophe, primarily due to armed conflict, epidemics, malnutrition, exclusion from health care, or natural disasters. MSF provides independent, impartial assistance to those most in need.

Chicago Community Trust

The Chicago Community Trust is Chicago's community foundation, built by generations of Chicagoans to support a safe, healthy and productive future for every resident. As nonprofit organizations, local governments and businesses strive to tackle issues of concern, the Trust provides civic leadership bringing all stakeholders to the common table. Working together, the Trust, its donors and its community partners leverage collective knowledge, creativity and resources for a greater impact than any individual can make alone.

Elton John AIDS Foundation

The Elton John AIDS Foundation was established in the United States in 1992 by Sir Elton John to support innovative HIV prevention programs, efforts to eliminate stigma and discrimination associated with HIV/AIDS, and direct care and support services for people living with HIV/AIDS. Collectively, the US and UK divisions have raised over $150 million since inception in support of projects in 55 countries around the world, including significant funding dedicated to programs in their respective home countries.

Jesse Owens Foundation

The Jesse Owens Foundation seeks to perpetuate the spirit and beliefs of Jesse Owens through its support of The Ruth and Jesse Owens Scholars Program at The Ohio State University as well as through serving as a resource for information on the life and legend of Jesse Owens. The Foundation is particularly interested in helping individuals with the ambition, dedication and courage to achieve success against significant personal odds.

The V Foundation For Cancer Research

The V Foundation for Cancer Research was started in 1993 to honor Jim Valvano. From very humble beginnings of Jim's personal friends and family, The Foundation grew. Today, that circle of friends has expanded and the support structure of The Foundation includes people of all walks of life, those who knew Jim personally, those who knew of Jim and many who have joined the cause simply because they believe in the possibility of Jim's final wish - to fund research to find cures for cancer.

CARE

CARE is a leading humanitarian organization fighting global poverty. It places special focus on working alongside poor women because, equipped with the proper resources, women have the power to help whole families and entire communities escape poverty. Women are at the heart of CARE's community-based efforts to improve basic education, prevent the spread of HIV, increase access to clean water and sanitation, expand economic opportunity and protect natural resources. CARE also delivers emergency aid to survivors of war and natural disasters, and helps people rebuild their lives.

Lymphoma Research Foundation

The Lymphoma Research Foundation is the nation's largest lymphoma-focused voluntary health organization devoted exclusively to funding lymphoma research and providing patients and health care professionals with critical information on the disease. LRF's mission is to eradicate lymphoma and serve those touched by this disease.
